Forum policy disappeared

Where has the forum policy been moved to? How will the newcomers know what is ok and what is not?

This community has no policy, no ethics, rules, or codes. This leads to it is gradually corrupting.
Note that the issue concerns to the comunnity, not the forum platform. A community is much harder to built&manage.

Kinda hard to find, and it looks like a forum, one of two official forums.

Scroll to the bottom of any page, including this one, to see "Terms and rules." Suggest putting the policy with the Terms/rules, or putting a link to it at the page bottom next to the Terms/rules link.
