I am trying to dimension a part that has a bore for a shaft and a keyway. I would like to dimension this with a diameter dimension, but SW forces it to a radius dimension due to the keyway breaking the circle. It there a way to over ride this default and force a diameter dimension?

The brute force workaround I have used is to draw a construction circle and dimension to it, but I would like a better solution.

With the Smart Dimension tool selected, right click on the dimension(s) & select Display as Diameter

or

With the pointer tool selected, right click on the dimension(s) & select Display options -> Display as Diameter'

Right click then flyout "display options", found it there.

Thanks.
