forces between elements

Dear All,

Is it possible to find the forces between the elements. I ma doing a plate encastred on one side with a load on the other. I want to check the forces of between the elements in the middle of the plate. I know it is possible to do it in Patran. Is it possible to do it in ABAQUS?
