Force Reaction Peek due to momentary penetration in contact pairs

Hey guys, well the title really explains it all. I have a insertion reaction force curve that i expect, but unfortunatly i keep getting this peek in the Force Reaction at single step where there is penetration involved.

Question is, any ideas.

Tried mesh refinments
ping ball rejoins etc etc
