Force an angular dim at 0 or 180?

How can you force an angular dim at 0 or 180? It always gives a linear dim in this case.
 
In the feature sketch the line at an angle, dimension, and then modify the angle to 0 or 180.

If you are trying to create the dimension on the drawing then redifine the feature, and use shown dimensions.
 
Also don't forget to change the sketcher accuracy to be tighter so the angled line doesn't snap to a horizontal or vertical line.
