for a model storm drainage, for the same discharge civil storm model showing flooding or surcharge model, whereas Bentley storm cad model is running perfectly HGL well within the pipe.
I don't understand why so.
in civil storm I used SCS method with solver "implicit method (sewer gems dynamic wave method).

Make sure all is coded correctly or the same for both computer models. Check to see if discharges are the same. Not sure why you are looking at to different methodologies?
