Folding crank handle

I am a designer of equipment for special needs children,
I am currently looking for an elegant looking crank handle with an operational radius of 100-150mm that folds out of the way,
Any advice would be welcome.

like a motorcycle kick-start lever?

This is the right idea but a bit large,
the handle should be easily cranked many times, it is attached to a seat recliner mechanism,
a free rotating grip would probably make this easier,
thanks for the suggestion.
