I have been changing criterion and refinement levels to try and get better resolution around the irregular cell but to no avail. Sometimes it just creates an irregular cell somewhere else. It is on an edge between to faces almost 90deg to apart. Is there something else I should take in to consideration? This particular model meshed fine before updating to SW2007. We are now on SW2007, but still on FloWorks2006.
