I circulate a hot plating solution using a small, in-tank pump. I want to monitor the flow around 8 LPM using a simple flow or pressure meter. Does anyone make a heat-resistant, non-metal device?

Had you considered a variable area meter? these are simple indicating meters and are available in a variety of plastic materials.
It will depend on what temperature you are operating at and any other considerations.
