Flow with constant head

I have not done these for a while and was hoping someone could clarify if my calc is valid - I am looking for the flow through a pipe at constant head

The system transfers water from the base of one tank to the top of another tank (next to it) via gravity (hence the low head)

Deatils are
Fluid Water at 20°C
head (0.4m)
pipe length 5m
pipe od 240mm (stainless steel)
~ 2x45° bends
Inlet - no restriction
Outlet - no restriction

I calculated flow at 327m³/hr

Since 240 mm OD is not a standard dimension for commercially available pipe, I used 240 mm as the ID. I also assumed you had an entrance and exit loss. For this I got 351 m³/hr. Your estimate looks fine since you probably used the real ID.
