flow throught inertization

Hi,
this is the question:
i have a "flow through inertization" of an external envelope with the scope of reducing internal corrosion due to air, so i have to maintain a low content of humid air inside the metal envelope.
Do you know a criteria for flowrate?
I think it could be very low, > 0.2 m/s into the small vent tube, the internal humidity can be reduced slowly and then it needs a maintained, what do you think?
