Could anyone mention the Excel spreadsheets that they know are available for fluid flow calculations in pipes, cylinders, etc. I would like to see what is available in the way of spreadsheets and purchase/ download the ones I feel that I could use.

Could you please be more specific - Will there be turbulent flow? Is the fluid water, gaseous, or...? Do you mean basic calculations such as flow rates and head etc. or more involved ones like reynolds numbers and pipe roughness etc.?

Adriaan.
I am an Engineer/part time student (Mechatronics) from South Africa.
Advice from lecturer: "Be warned - when you go into industry your boss will give you a thousand things to do and he wants them done yesterday!" So far he is right...

This would be primarily for water and we see laminar as well as turbulent flows. Our use is basic calculations to determine velocity, flow, pressure loss through valves, fittings, tanks, intensifiers, etc.

For even less money consider:

(note: PERMIT POPUPS !!!!)

I have checked some of the Crane TP 410 examples on this site and they come out exact...
