Flow Capacity Question?

I know this is a basic hydraulics question, but here goes:

I am limited to 100 psig at the discharge of a centrifugal pump.

Product is gasoline with SG of 0.72.
Static head is 25'.

I want to determine max flow rate for a given size pipe and have calculated all of my equivalent lengths of pipe, fittings, valves.

I know that my static head of 25' of gasoline uses up 7.8 psig of my 100 psig allowable. Question is; when I calculate my friction head (using Cameron Hydraulic Data)do I convert this head value to psig based upon SG of water or gasoline?

To convert head term to pressure term, you should use specific gravity of the particular liquid that is being pumped.
