Hi Folks,
I am working on project in Miami Dade county, analyzed and design pads of condensers. When I was working in Florida, I remember they have strap down the condenser units along with anchoring down. Please can anyone share a typical detail for that?
The roof live load in 2007 FBC for HVHZ is mentioned as 30 PSF. I do not see any provision for roof live load for HVHZ in 2010 FBC. in that case do I move forward with 20 PSF roof live load as mentioned in load table of 2010 FBC. Thank you!
