Floating Suction Arm Moitoring Device. 1

Hello,

Does any one have any have any experiences on how we can monitor swinging motion of a floating suction arm inside a fixed roof tank with diluted bitumen content and gas blanketing at top?

We tried Varec, but Client wants to try others too.
