Flip or Mirror text in NX Drafting

How to flip text (notes) in Unigraphics NX (Use: version 7.5 & 8) drafting ?

Attached NX drafting image, which cannot be able to flip but can be rotated.
Where is flip or mirror text option in NX drafting?

Have you tried rotating about the X or Y axis?

Transform
select note
Rotate about a Line
Point and Vector
Cursor location - pick near center of text.
XC Axis / YC Axis
180 degrees.

Caution - If you need to reposition text, the note will sometimes flip back to original orientation.
