Flexure modulus usage

I have a oval plastic plate constrained around it perimeter. Loading at center of the oval plate. ran non linear analysis due to large displacement

Question:
Plastic plate has tensile and flexural modulus. When fill in property card in FEM for the plate, do i use the tensile modulus or flexural modulus?

Is the stress dominated by the membrane effect?
