I need a specification for a flexible water hose supply line for a fire hose cabinet on the end of a floating dock. The problem we have is the flex stainless steel 4" diameter hose is developing pin size holes (after only a few months in service). I am sure electrolysis’ and galvanic action is the cause. I need a hose that can handle a pressure to make the fire department happy. My facilities manager suggests a marine grade 1/8” thick aircraft fuel type of hose line that he swears by. Any leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
