flat steel one way deck plate

Suppose you have a flat plate loaded with two pressure loads coming from trolley wheels. The plate is giving one way distribution as shown in the attached.

I could design by strips but 12 mm deck plate seems not sufficient.

do you have any references how to compute for the centre and side stresses without using FEM softwares?

any recommended books, references etc..

I would use strips over the 0.7m span with an effective width. I would also use some main rails 50x5pl with the wear surface on top like a type Stormwater grid.
