Flat Pattern Bend Lines

I have created a couple of sheet metal parts now and have trouble getting the bend lines and note to show up in the drawings. They only show up when I drag the view in from view palette tab. However, if the view is rotated they disappear and I can not get them back. How do I get them to re-appear?
