flat or cantelevered spring formulae

i need to design a flat spring (basically half aleaf spring) but i need help finding the appropriate formulas. the only ones i've found are for bending of beams but are only suitable for small deflections....i'm looking at somthing in the neighbourhood of 45 degrees....obviously not suitable!
