Flashing LED diode driver

Hello!

I have recently dismantled rear red flash light for bicycle (it has functions :light OFF, ON and intermittent). It consists of 2032 battery, LED diode and transistorlike element (TO92 plastic housing, three pins) without any marks. Has anyone information, what this element might be (and possible type and supplier)?

It may be a unijunction transistor or a custom IC <nbucska@pcperipherals.com>
