Flare stack flange design

Hello everyone,

I have a one question regarding flare stack design. We have a flare stack chair supported and we have to design as per ASME sec 8 div 1. if i am doing calculation in Pv-Elite with flare stack option then it will do calculation but flange thickness is more because as per app 2. Please suggest me how to do calculation of flange with gussets.
