Flanges Vs Drilling of the valves

Hi ,

What is the difference when they mention - FOR EXAMPLE - ( the valve flange according to EN1092-2 & the drilling to DIN 2501-PN 10 )

2ND question , how can i know if the valve is matching with the flange ? shall i check the PN Drilled or what ?

It's correct. the piping connection is based on the flange dimensions. The drilling of the valve connection per DIN 2501 is to ensure it to match the piping flange which is made per DIN 2501.
