HELLO,
As a begineer in valves industry, i want to calculate flange thickness for body/bonnet bolted joint. can anybody provide me link or handbook suggestion for flange design calculation requirement. i tried to search online but there's no article which fully cover design from start to end.

You can try to adapt some of the Roarks's formulas for flat plates if you are only concerned about thickness, or you can use the Taylor forge method, which has been adapted into the ASME flange design calculations, or some other compact flange design methodology. There are definitely some papers out there on the subject.

It will depend on what valve you are trying to design as to what method you should use.

It also depends how critical any leak from your flanges joint is as to the method used.

To give give more precise & correct answer, Could you please tell what type of valve you want to design. If possible share a pic of your design for better understanding of your question.
