Can any one here help me?

I am looking for detailed dimensions for DIN flanges (BS4504) to complete a piping menu for AutoCAD. I don't have access to DIN Standards and the lack of dimensions for DIN flanges is preventing me from completing the blocks for my menu. I would appreciate it if anyone here could help me out.

I can help you there. Give me a week as I am very busy with work at present.

Cheers, Steve.

Thanks SteveMS, I'm not in a rush so don't overwork yourself for me.

Thanks Isthill, that site helped a bit.

Hi paddymac (Mechanical)

You need to read the follow from the HOME OF COMPRESS:

These historic papers in pressure vessel design are offered for your information:

• "A Proposed Method for Finding Stress and Allowable Pressure in Cylinders with Radial Nozzles," PVP Vol. 399

• The L P Zick paper for horizontal vessels on saddles

• The Boardman paper on cone-to-cylinder juncture stresses

• "Vibrations of Vertical Pressure Vessels" by C E Freese

• "The Design of Vertical Pressure Vessels Subjected to Applied Forces" by E O Bergman

• "Evaluation of Percent Critical Damping of Process Towers" by Karamchandani, Gupta, and Pattbiraman

• "Stresses in a Pressure Vessel With a Conical Head" by G W Watts and H A Lang

All papers are self-expanding zipped or Adobe pdf files.

Thanks for those links Isthill but they're a bit outside of my needs and understanding.

SteveMS, any progress or news from you

I'm still looking for the BS4504 dimensions TerryOsser. If you can provide me with them or even some of them I would greatly appreciate it.

Paddymac, I have been very busy, I'm sorry. email me at cb34gs@paradise.net.nz and I can send you a heap of info on flange dimensions.

Steve.

Thanks for that grandnobi. I actually found that myself a few weeks ago after I had all the info I needed. All I need now are dimensions for BS flanges (Table D, E, etc) to complete the set.

I have a pdf file with tables A to J.
Also I have K,R,S,& T if you need them.
Cheers
George

Thanks George, can you email the pdf to me.

pmackey@eircom.net
