would anyone know what the adiabatic flame temperature is for corex gas.
The fuel would be burned with ambient combustion air & no excess air.
The gas is made up as follows:

CO 44%
CO2 29%
H2 21%
H2O 2% VAPOUR
N2 1%
CH4 3%
Is there a computer program for doing the calculation
for any gas whose chemical formula is known

gaz100:

I assumed that your percentages are volume percent (or mole percent). I also assumed an ambient air temperature of 25 °C (77 °F), no air preheat and an ambient air humidity of 60%.

On that basis, I calculated an adiabatic flame temperature of 1925 °C (3497 °F) by using as Excel spreadsheet that I developed a number of years ago.
