is there any problem if I fit the nozzle flame arrestor on center roof tank?, then what is the better location

Which way is the flame front travelling? Towards the tank from a pipe, or from inside the tank out a pipe?

Note that API-2000 has a statement saying you don't need a flame arrestor if you have a P/V vent.

 

[IFRs]

Flame arrestors can ice up and prevent the P/V vent from working properly, leading to tank collapse inwards when you withdraw liquid.
