Hi im desiging a Tee fitting of 9*9*7 according to ASME B31.8 to use in subsea piping i am unable to decide how to account for thermal stresses in my design is it required to add if so how?i can perform analysys too...please suggest if you have any ideas

Probably yes.
That will require that you read B31.8, the section discussing Design of Pipe and Components
