Fire scenario for Pressure relief

I have a series of tanks to size PRVs. There is only one that stores a flamable material. Some of the tanks are far (200-300 ft) away and I would like to eliminate the fire case scenario for those tanks. Can anyone direct me to a reference on distance limitation to remove the Fire case scenario for PRV calcs.
