I was wondering if someone could help me out finding a previous thread. It was a posting by someone to this forum a few months ago regarding a recently released report recommending stricter provisions for fire resistance following the collapse of the towers.
I think it may have been a link to an article in the ENR or similar magazine.
I have tried searching for it, but cannot find it.
