Fire Flow Requirement according to 2006 IFC

Did the reduction in fire flow requirement due to sprinklers change from 50% to 75% reduction from the 2003 IFC to the 2006 IFC?

I downloaded the 2006 ifc and found my answer.

It did change to 75% reduction if you have approved sprinkler systems.
