does anybody know a finite element code that models the nonlinear behavior of unreinforced masonry

The short answer--yes.
What type of constitutive relationship are you planning on modeling, and what circumstances are you modeling?
DYNA and ABAQUS both contain material constitutive laws consistent with this type of material behavior.
