I have different pumps executing different performances. But I am not sure that the pumps are running at the operating point or not? As example I have pump of KSB model manufacturer name: AFFBKB040020. I haven't find any particular project guide on the net for the best operating point. How Can I find the best operating point?
Here a pump description:
Manufacturer: AFFBKB040020
Model: KSB
Head,H: 22m
Efficiency: 85
Speed: 1465 rpm
IP : 55

The best operating point is where the flow rate meets the head at BEP in accordance with the pump performance curve.

If the pump/s are producing flow, then that is the operating point - might not be what you want, but that's irrelevant to what you want or expect.
To establish the operating point, you need to measure the flow and total head across the pump and compare it to the pump curve.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

How can I find the particular pump performance curve?is it available in the net for the KSB pump?

KSB is the manufacturer, not the model.

Take a picture of the pump's nameplate and send it to them. They will be able to provide you the pump curve.

First find the product code or pump type. Bkb doesn't work.

There will be more info on the pump nameplate.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Find the churn point which is the maximum pump head under no flow condition and find the overload point which is maximum flow under no or minimal head; that maximum flow can be measured with a flow meter similar to those used by the fire department at the pump outlet; familiarize yourself with the requirements needed when using a flow meter. Compare your results with the manufacturer's pump performance curve. For pump speed, use a strobe light and again familiarize yourself with its limitations.

What type of KSB pump is this? Etanorm, multitech, etc?
I think they have some online selectors nowadays.
