I calculated the structure using Cross method. I compared it to computer results and they where fine!
I know all the joint moments, transfersal/axial forces, reactions...but I dont know how to find maximal span momants.
I have also determined the position of the max span moment using transfersal forces diagram, but I cannot get the right results for it:-(
Can you help me please. Thanx!

Heres the link to the picture:

Depending on the computer program you are using, you should be able to have the program give you interim values of shear, moment, and maybe deflection along the length of each beam if you tell it to.

Otherwise, you will have to combine the fixed end moments with the beam simple beam moments, either graphically, or by equation to find your answer.

So theres no way to do it like I posted in the picture before, by cuting the frame verticaly at egsact position where the max bending moment is....but it seemed so logical?! :-(

If you can write the equations for that point, yes you can solve for it directly. Good luck. It can be done. The computer does it.

Lets say that the height of a story is 3,00m , x=2,50 meters and that uniform linear load is 20kN/m and also in the upper beam N=-40kn...I would have this
Mmax= 145,68*2,50 + 14,23 - 14,12*3,00 - (20*2,50*1,25)*2 - 40*3,00 correct?!

Just look at the picture before.
