Finding Integrated Circuits

Now that IC master is basically "Off the Air" (and the site has been really sucky the last few years) is there and reasonable alternative on the Net? I know one can go to manufacturers websites but if you want to ask a question like, say, "Show me all the manufacturers of SRAM.", who are you going to call.
