Does AutoCAD has the same functionality as MS Word. In Word you have a ctrl+f for find, and you can replace words with alternative words.

Does ACAD have the same thing? Or can you run an autolisp or something similar to obtain the same result?

Thanks

On the menu bar
goto EDIT...Find
it has find and replace.

Is there a way to do a Find/Replace across multiple DWG files? For example, if a project # is shown on the title block for each sheet in a set of drawings, is there a way to automatically change each of these?

I don't think you can do that, but what would be a lot easier is have the title block a separate drawing that is xref'd into every other drawing. This way you change the project number in one drawing, and it is always up to date in the other drawings.
