Filtration for Makeup Air Unit for Bakery

Hello, I am specifying a makeup air unit for a warehouse that is being turned into a bakery production area for cookies. The owner is not aware of any filtration requirements for this. I was going to plan on MERV 8 filters, just because that's what we typically do but does anyone know of any requirements due to there being food in the space?

Ive done some kitchens and dont recall any filtration requirement. I suggest specifying Merv 8 pre filters and Merv 13 final filters, and the ownere can decide not to use the MERV 13's.

In my view , this space needs commercial air cleaner unit which has two stages of air filtration. Make up air unit is not issue in this case.
