Filling the ListBox from created Excel

Hi guys,

I'am having a huge trouble loading the data from the Excel that i created (by selecting a dimensions in CAD Drafting), to a ListBox. I have a feeling that is simple. I already tried to load it in to Collection and then to write it in the ListBox, but it doesnt work anyhow.
So, anybody any idea, please?
