I am trying to connect the top and bottom faces of my part with along two triangular sketches. Because of the shape, the fillet tool doesn't work (I only want to fillet two sides without disturbing the vertex between the two; from A to B). Does any one have any ideas on how I can acomplish this?

Did you try...

... extending after you fillet? I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to accomplish, even looking at your image; it's impossible to fillet parallel lines. However, if you fillet whichever two lines you want together, you can then extend or trim the vertex you want to remain undisturbed. I hope this helps.
