Can any one tell me what filler rods to use to weld stainless steel 1.4841 together, that will withstand 1000C thanks.

Stainless 314, equivalent to 1.4841, is apparently not yet covered by AWS Standards. Depending on application 310 filler metal may be adequate.
At 1000C there will be some oxidation resistance, not much strength.
