A couple of years ago I got a "NCPI Calculator", similar to the Fields Wheel for free from the National Clay Pipe Institute (NCPI.org).

I've had mine since 1985 ... on the back of it says Agnes Field Burke, 503 Canterbury Lane, Alexandria, VA 22314 703-370-3006 I think it was maybe $15 cost??

I'm not sure if it's the same thing but I bought the circular wheel "Water Flow Calculator" from Forestry Supply
