I'm designing a plastic clip as part of a fibre spool to hold the loose buffer of fibre.
The buffer area of the clip is roughly 25 x 25 x 7 (mm).
Any experience on this sort of design (product/tooling) will be welcomed:
- Material (Should be flexible for many reasons, one of them being the intention to design a "live hinge" product)
- Examples, Photos, Catalogues
