How can find fiber glass ýnsulated and PE coated line pipes?

Type fiberglass piping vendors into Google or any search engine.

Similar to PE coated pipes. Many supply companies can coat piping to your specifications or you can go to a coating company which will order and then coat the pipe for you.

dear td2k,
in my country we are not familiar with fiber glass insulated pipe and there is no company which involved with fiber glass insulation... I looked at the goggle and find some suppliers but they did not interested in...i think the amount of pipe is not sufficient for them.

If the pipe is buried do not use fiber glass insulation as it will soak up the moisture in the soil and be worthless.

For the length of pipe you have then buy the insulation in preformed shapes and have it put on by a insulation contractor at the site.

I might add that for plant work I use either foamglas for cold or buried lines and calcium silicate for hot above grade lines. For long, buried pipelines, I use something else which has to be shop applied.

The only time I use fiber glass insulation in plant work is for noise attenuation reasons.

Finally, corrosion specialists hate PE coating as they regard it as inferior. The most common coating is FBE and can be put on (or arranged) by your pipe supplier. FBE also has a much higher operating temp than PE.

FBE is fusion bonded expoxy.

In your posts you do not indicate the operating temp which is an important consideration in selecting the type of coating and thickness. From past experience in foreign countries (I am just guessing where you are) the well surface discharge temp can be quite hot.
