FFT & IFFT

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to do signal processing for some data for which I have a time history column and loads data at several locations.

I know the concept of Fourier Transforms (going from frequency domain to time domain & vice-versa). However, could somebody help me with the differences between FFT & IFFT?

And also, if you could cite some key references which would help me do this programming in Matlab?
