fermentor sparger design

90m3 volume of liquid,air supply 4000scfm at2.5 barg,25 deg c temp.152mm pipe size,kindly suggest size and number of holes on sparger.

If 1/8" DIA. hole (3.2mm) drill 1792 holes
If 3/16" Dia. hole (4.8mm) drill 797 holes
If 1/4" Dia. hole (3.44mm) drill 448 holes

Any air blower manufacturer will be more than happy to send you all the literature you need to design air spargers. You may want to contact hoffman for starters.
