FEMAP with NX Nastran - Element Strain Energy Issue

I have a problem with the software while exporting the desired data.

Contextualising, there's a sandwich beam, where the core is made of soft material and I want to export the modal strain energy of every element. I renumbered the element IDs of the core material to make it easier to handle the results to my purpose.

After the analysis, I am exporting the modal strain energy of the entire model, but it happens that one element is missing. I mean, FEMAP is exporting all the elements appropriately, but there is one element of the soft material for which the solver is not providing any data of strain energy. I would expect to have low values, but there's not even a zero value.

I have already tried to modify the case control by simply editing the preview input to "Ese(thresh=0.0) = all" instead of "ESE(PLOT) = ALL" and the result is the same. Does someone have any suggestions

to address this problem?

Thank you so much in advance,
André
