FEMAP Training Material

I am new to FEMAP and have been looking for training material. I found the Examples, User's Guide and Commands and they are helpful. Has anyone found additional training material?

I am still reading but so far I have not found how to handle mixed mesh modeling ie shell and solid elements.

I know a training class would be best but the budget will not allow it at this time.
