Femap Hex Mesh issue

Hello,
I need to mesh a fluid domain with a complex geometry (it is a parallelepiped with a hole, that has a shape of a jacket structure ) with Femap using hex meshing but the software give me some errors.
Can you suggest me a way to get this goal?
