FEMAP Boundary Surface for a Beam Cross Section

I am trying to create a cross-section out of drawing (imported DXF). The cross section looks like that:

But when I try to create boundery surface out of curves (Alt+f11) I get the following:

I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
 
You can create many ordinary surfaces using Geometry->Surface->Corners and merge them using Geometry->Surface->NonManifoldAdd or create boundary from surfaces. In addition, you can attach you problem geometry because it is difficult to judge by screenshot.
